Fall 2016 Biggest Loser Challenge

The Summer Biggest Loser Challenge is wrapping up this week. This was my first BL Challenge. It's a great way to work on your fitness and nutritional goals and lose weight at the same time. I stumbled on my weight loss because my doctor took me off my blood pressure/diuretic meds since I had lost weight and don't need them any more. I gained some water weight once I stopped taking the diuretic and it took me a couple of weeks for my body to stabilize and get back to what I weighed before I quit them. I haven't weighed yet this week but I did lose 6 pounds as of last week. However, my strength and stamina improved greatly over the 10 weeks and I highly recommend the challenge.
