Two weeks in

On my second week after taking time off for a couple of years. I had forgotten how well sparkpeople can keep you on track. Today I exercised for the first time in about 3 years and feel awesome. I have eaten two great low fat low calorie meals and am feeling optimistic. Today I choose me!
