Sunday-The start of a new week for me

I was reading a post from another spark member and realized how similar all are stories are. We try every fad diet temporarily and then give up. Exercise and then Give up. This cycle goes on for years. For me it has gone on for six years. I started my journey again in Mid August. I started by first logging in and tracking at least two times that week. Next goal was to cut down my portion size and always leave at least one bite on the plate. I added one day of exercise now. Last Saturday I did Yoga. Yesterday I did a cardio yoga. This morning I took a walk with my husband and doggie. I will continue to take baby steps by just motivating me but not beating myself up when I let myself down. I am proud to say that I have consistently lost lbs. the past three weeks and am down 4 lbs. Lifestyle changes are not easy, but I will continue to try and pray that one day it will finally stick. For now my September goal: I will do my best to track at least two times a week, continue my smaller portions but this month leave two bites, , and exercise at least once a week for 30 minutes with a weekly 30 minute walk. So all in two's for me this month. Even my daily glass a wine with dinner is going to two a week.
