I have lived the past two years with continuous inconsistencies. I go to bed with pain in my belly from eating things that don't agree with me. I gain weight, lose weight, binge, and continue a vicious cycle. It's time I do something for me that benefits me. I so want to look and feel better. I want to find me again. I have joined the 5% challenge a number of times. What a motivational team. Unfortunately I either quite before time is up or don't do anything that will help lose that 5%.

For this challenge:
I will stay consistent
Control portion size
Exercise at least 4 times a week even if it just a brief 10 minute walk.
Compliment and reward myself.
Most importantly stay positive even when it is not going as well as I would like.
5% goal is 9.7 lbs.
