Goals for the week of 9/12/16

Track 5 days a week.
3 workouts
10k or more steps per day
10 minutes of yoga every day
No eating after dinner
Eat only at designated meals and snacks. No grazing. No grabbing a mouthful of this or that. Once I've had my meal/snack, it's over and I don't get to eat again till the next meal/snack.
Track all exercise on Spark
Same as last week. I'm sleep deprived due to my tiny children and it's been hard on me. Trying to stay positive and make healthy choices!
