Back on SparkPeople

Thursday, September 15, 2016

So, here I am... back with SparkPeople. I took a hiatus while I did Weight Watchers. I couldn't see myself tracking on both systems. My life is already consumed by computers.

I lost almost 20 pounds with WW but I can't afford to keep paying for the program. WW used to be a sensible, workable program. You had options and could work around business lunches and family get-togethers. The new program they rolled out earlier this year just doesn't fit my lifestyle. The points values of foods (now accounting for sugar) are too restrictive. I was constantly going over my allotted points and it just became too depressing.

Thank God Sparkpeople is still here!

WW can become quite expensive. Also, they sell things for a high price. I remember being on WW and just not liking it after a while. I was getting nowhere.

Glad you are back. We missed you.

    Now let's get going.

    Hugs!
