I'm not exactly where I want to be yet by any means, but I have made some little steps in the right direction the past couple of days and that's important to me.
I have started tracking my food again which I always seem to forget helps me tremendously. I had also planned on starting a 30 day plank, pushup, and squat challenge tomorrow but instead I said screw it and started it tonight!
PLANK CHALLENGE - DAY 1 - 20 Seconds - complete
PUSHUP CHALLENGE - Day 1 - 4 Pushups - complete
SQUAT CHALLENGE - Day 1 - 30 Squats - complete
Tomorrow will be day two and I am also going to incorporate some kettle bell and cardio and just keep tracking. Consistency is key.
