Sorry, I've been watching old episodes of Star Trek, DS9.
I've been doing really well with goals and tracking lately. But I haven't been tracking on weekends and really letting things slide. Not good. Need to figure out a strategy for that.
This past weekend we went on a hike (aka Death March) on Saturday that was a lot of steps/activity. On Sunday, I got Pokemon Go so I did a lot of walking to catch em all!
Someone at work asked me if I've lost weight. I never know how to handle that kind of attention. I think next time I will say that I'm not losing weight, it's just an illusion, I'm actually just getting taller.
