Day 1 of the Get Healthy One step at a time challenge: Tell someone about my goals. Oh gosh there's so many! Let's name my top 5 1. I want to get out of the 300's 2. I want to RUN 3. I want my kids to not be able to keep up with ME!! 😝 4. I want to be an inspiration to others. 5. I want to feel confident in my own skin I love these spark people challenges!     Great goals for your challenge. I'm doing 5% Fall Challenge starting Saturday. It is my first so I'll have to see how I do. Good luck with yours!
