3 workouts
10k or more steps per day
10 minutes of yoga every day
No eating after dinner
Eat only at designated meals and snacks. No grazing. No grabbing a mouthful of this or that. Once I've had my meal/snack, it's over and I don't get to eat again till the next meal/snack.
Track all exercise on Spark
Wow! We had a super duper fun family weekend. We went apple picking with my sister, her husband and their 3 boys. I got tons of steps this weekend from spending time outside with my kids, and also playing lots of Pokemon Go.
I'm taking a Pure Barre class tonight with my mom's group. I'm really looking forward to a challenging workout! I love exercise classes; I wish I could afford to go frequently.
Greg and I are still working out some financial problems and I'm refinancing our rental property. Hope to close on that soon.
