On the Road

Monday, September 26, 2016

Was on the road today from noon until 10pm. Had a meeting in another town, then drove to Branchville for a friend whose father died. Tonight was the viewing. She was really glad to see me, she was certainly surprised. It should have been a 2 hr drive, but I got lost and it took me almost 3. I had to eat fast food, but I didn't do too badly with grilled chicken sandwich. Tired now, going to bed without exercise. Sorry Stars for letting you down. I'll try to do extra tomorrow. Night all.

Don't even think you let anyone down, my friend!! How could you think that!!! You are not just someone we keep around to get numbers out of. You are a proud Shooting Star, striving for better health and having a team behind you to help you achieve it. You should walk tall and give yourself a huge hug for driving 3 hours to support your friend.

I for one I am very proud of you .

You did not let anyone down. You did exactly what you needed to do. Just work to get yourself back on track tomorrow. Always remember to focus on the positive. In this case you were there for your friend who needed you and you still managed to stay on track with your food. So kudos to you!
God bless you and keep you on your journey! Have a fabulous day!
