Why I started and why I will not give up

I'll be honest, I've been struggling lately. I haven't been to the gym in a while (I'm getting lots of outdoor exercise, though) and I haven't really felt like cooking. My weight feels stuck, and so do I.
But I'm not going to give up! I started because I want to be slimmer, and I can do it! I'm going to make more of an effort to squish movement into my day. When I feel sad, I'm going to try to find things besides food to cheer me up. I'm going to try to get to the grocery store this evening, because having healthy food in the house is half the battle.
Despite setbacks and discouragement, I'm not going to give up until I reach my goal!
