28 Day Bootcamp - Week 1 - Day 6

It's Day 6 of my Bootcamp Challenge and my other Challenges. So far I have not given up! Today I completed 70 squats, 13 pushups, plank for 45 seconds, and also did a strength/toning video for my arms and shoulders. Tomorrow I will do my 5th required 30 minute cardio session as well as 10 minutes of strength/toning to complete my first week of the Bootcamp. I will also do 15 pushups, 80 squats, and a full minute of plank to complete my first week of those challenges. Right now I'm not worrying too much about the scale. I'm tracking my calories, trying to get more water in, and just making sure I stick to what I'm supposed to complete activity wise. I'm excited to start week 2!!
