Day 21: Three Week Celebration

Today marks three weeks of Sparking. I'm so glad I joined. I've become much more conscious of my eating habits, how many calories I'm actually consuming and my water intake. I've been exercising more and have lost ten pounds so far to prove that this works.
I've only had a couple of off-days during the first three weeks, but I feel ok about it, because overall, this is something I can live with.
All in all, today's a happy day.
