28 Day Bootcamp - Week 2 - Day 11

Well, today is day 11 and I am still doing what I'm supposed to do according to my Bootcamp instructions and my other challenges.

Today I did 30 minutes of cardio, over 20 minutes of strength training, 120 squats, 2 sets of 10 pushups, and plank for 1.5 minutes. Maybe to some people that may not be a lot, but to me I'm pretty proud of myself. I've been tracking my food and exercise every day, drinking water, and I am just focusing on being consistent. It's a lot easier right now to stick to things because I am not working at the moment, so I want to take advantage of that time as much as I can.
