Workout Changes

I have recently increased my walking from 30 minutes a day to 60 minutes. I am also going to add in some strength training. I need to decide what I will do this weekend.

    For fun try something new. Walk to a new coffee shop and have a no fat latte. Just have fun.

    Good job!! Rest on the weekend and work-oit during the week. I hit the gym on weekends for cardio only. Then off to the beach!!
