Track 5 days a week.
10k or more steps per day
10 minutes of yoga every day
No eating after dinner
Eat only at designated meals and snacks. No grazing. No grabbing a mouthful of this or that. Once I've had my meal/snack, it's over and I don't get to eat again till the next meal/snack.
Track all exercise on Spark
Phew! It's been a while since I posted my goals but I'm happy to be back at it.
Greg is leaving on a business trip today for a whole week. That means I'll be on my own with the kids as of Wednesday (my mom is here today and tomorrow). I have a 7 month old and a 2.5 year old so they are a lot of work (and fun). Getting them to and from daycare plus prepping meals and stuff is going to be really tough. I may have to rely on the TV and takeout food. Oh well. My goal is to SURVIVE this week.
I did a strength training workout this morning before work but that may be the only formal exercise that I get this week. I'm still going to get my steps and do my yoga.
