Who needs goals? This Girl!

I started SparkPeople at around 195 with a goal of 165. I made it to 175. Then came surgery and several weeks of health crisis. The crisis seems to be over.
I gained back nearly all the weight I lost! I'm disappointed in myself. In the past, this is the point where I say 'forget it' and throw it at all out the window.
Instead, I'm starting again. I had a good food plan going. This time, I'm just chalking it up to a dry run and starting over.
I realized my goal of 165 is a bit daunting. My new goal is 185 by December 1st. 8 pounds is more doable than 28. When I hit that, I'll go for another small goal.
Cardiac rehab has been good. It's pushed all my buttons about my body, but its also reminded me how much I used to enjoy working out. My husband made a place for a small gym in the garage. I've been getting up early and doing a small workout in the mornings. It's not very elegant, but it works beautifuly for my needs.
Goals set and it's back on the wagon for me.
