Spark Goals for the Week of 10/24/16

Track 5 days a week.
10k or more steps per day
10 minutes of yoga every day
No eating after dinner
Eat only at designated meals and snacks. No grazing. No grabbing a mouthful of this or that. Once I've had my meal/snack, it's over and I don't get to eat again till the next meal/snack.
Track all exercise on Spark
I can't believe my baby will be 8 months old tomorrow! Time truly does fly when you are crazy busy. He weighs 25 pounds and doesn't even crawl yet so I carry him a lot. That means I need to really stick to my strength training workouts or my back is going to hurt. I need to be strong to carry him around and eventually chase him.
