21 Day Fix Day 11

Thursday, October 27, 2016

Wow what a day today was!
Had my alarm set for 4:25 a.m. so I could get up and do my workout before work, out of no where I woke up and looked at my phone and it was 4:21. Might as well get up and get that workout in! emoticon
Today was Pilates Fix. Today was a little harder to push through it. Most of me wanted to go back to bed and sleep but there was no point because I was getting up at 5am on Thursdays anyway. So I pushed through it. I know I didn't give it 100%, it was probably more like 80%.
The work day went pretty well today. The kids were good, well, better than yesterday. I was out of work by noon today so that was nice. I was able to get stuff done that I have been wanting to do. However, today was probably my hardest day out of these past 11 days. I wanted fast food, for the first time in 2 and a 1/2 weeks I wanted a pepsi. Somehow I was able to push through and not make any bad choices.
This evening I had planned to go to a Strength Express class at the gym and I followed through with it and it definitely helped the cravings go away. It was a really good class and I am thinking that I will go again. Right after the strength class got over there was a Cize class taking place so I decided to give that a try too. I have done Cize at home on my own but it was really nice to do it with a group and have other people looking silly with you! That will be a class that I go to again also.
So, 3 workouts for the day. I am exhausted! I am thinking that I will sleep well tonight.
