21 Day Fix Day 13

Tonight is going to be a short post because I am really tired and am wanting to get some sleep.
Step class this morning was really great. Got a really good sweat in and burned almost 600 calories.Step class is definitely going to be one that I keep going to. I always end up looking forward to it. My eating today was really good. I did allow myself to have one little reese's peanut butter cup this evening and I don't feel guilty about it. Have to be able to give yourself a little something here and there as long as you just limit yourself.
Anyway, I am off to bed. I think my body is ready to get some much needed sleep that it didn't get a whole bunch of during the week.
