21 Day Fix Day 14

Today marks the end of week 2. One more week to go and I will have completed this round! this was my recover day so I did some walking and stretching. Also, since it is Sunday, it is my prep day. On Sundays I try to get my shopping done and prepare my food for the week. Having all my food prepped and planned out makes it easier for me to stay on track. When I don't have my stuff prepared I get off track very easily.
Today has been a great, much needed, rest day. I believe that I slept about 9 hours last night. It felt AMAZING! Sunday is also my day for sleeping in. Every day during the week I get up between 5 and 6:30 a.m. so I like to take my Sundays and sleep in.
