21 Day Fix Day 15

Ah the start of week 3! Total Body Cardio Fix... oh my! Let me say this. I hate surrenders! I swear that when you first start out doing them, they don't seem that been. Then you keep going and you really start feeling it! Last time having to do that workout, for this round anyway. I am planning on continuing and doing another round right after this. My last day for this round will be on Sunday. However, the Thinner Winner that I am doing doesn't end til next Friday so I figured I might as well start another round right after. Now it is more like a routine. I get up, I work out, I eat and drink coffee, get ready for work, go to work, eat through out the day at work, come home, eat, possibly workout some more, go to bed, and repeat. I have my routine down and I am liking it. Dare I say that I am even enjoying it.
Not only am I enjoying my routine but I am also starting to enjoy working out. There are classes now at the gym that I look forward to going to! I look forward to going to Step class on Saturday morning even though it means getting up early. I never use to enjoy things like that.
I also am finding myself making better choices because of my routine. Now because I always have my food prepped and ready to go I am a lot less likely to go astray and it feels good!!

Back to today. Halloween.... I am not a fan of Halloween! Never really have been. Oh, I enjoy the history behind Halloween, I just don't enjoy what Halloween is today. I didn't even care for it when I was a kid!!
Well, with working at a daycare it was encouraged that we dress up. I decided not to because, well, I just didn't feel like it. However, my boss convinced me to wear a Luigi costume because she was wearing Mario. So I went as Luigi to take the daycare kids around neighboring businesses for candy.
Speaking of candy, I allowed myself to eat one little piece of chocolate today. After all, this isn't a diet, it is a lifestyle change. Seeing as I don't plan on not eating chocolate ever again, I have to allow myself to have the things I love in moderation.

Not time for a good nights rest so I can get up and workout tomorrow morning!!
