NOT BAD, CONSIDERING

So, my wonderful team, 40-somethings with 50-99 lbs to Lose, has 3 monthly team challenges. You set a goal, and then work at meeting it. You can participate in all or just one, it's up to you. They are Steps, Mileage, and Fitness Minutes. I especially like the fitness minutes, because I can get a better Idea about how much I am actually exercising, and not let the minutes that Fitbit counts throw me off.
I only met one of my goals, but that isn't bad, considering I was laid up with the dog bite wound for about a week.
My Fitness Minutes goal was 1,600 minutes; I did 1,124
My Step goal was 320,000 steps; I did 316,245
My Miles goal was 120 miles Cycling and 140 miles walking; I did 78.61 Cycling and 141.37 walking.
I was ordered off my bike until I had full movement in my wrist and hand with out pain and no gym until the wound is healed because of the risk of infection.
