21 Day Fix Day 19

Yesterday was day 19. I was too tired at the end of the day to get on and write my post for the day.
Yesterday was a rough day for me. I wasn't feeling good. Pretty sure that I have the start of a cold and yesterday was rough. I did a pretty mellow workout because my body just couldn't handle intensity. One thing I have learned is that it is okay to not be intense with your workouts all the time. Sometimes you just need to listen to your body. If your body is telling you that you can't do a hard workout, don't do it! Still workout but keep it low intensity and don't over push yourself. Sometimes you need that. Instead of just not doing it, do what you can and go from there. If you just don't do it, it is so much harder to get started again.
I forgot to take a picture yesterday but I did take a picture of my wonderful lunch!
