I'm off to learn some more stuff ...
some wonderful stuff just for me!

So I pushed a button and ended up joining another 2 week FREE conference. The last one was mostly audio w/ a few being hypnotherapy items so it was difficult to walk through them all when some wanted you to sit or lie down and relax for the session.

This one is videos. There are 2 presentations a day of about 20 minutes each. I have 72 hours to listen and collect the free information. I don't have much time on Monday with our weekly running around and Friday is date night with DH. I will catch up on those videos on Saturday and Sunday.

Starting tonight, I am setting aside 1 hr a day for myself to view (and walk in place if possible) at least 2 of the 20 minute videos with a bit extra for an added video workout. I will do this at least 5 days a week for the next 2 weeks (during the conference).

I have a goal. I have written it down. It is SMART goal.

I don't usually take this much time for myself at home during the week. DH was a little bummed when he first thought about it cutting into our time -- then he realized that if I was busy with my stuff then he could be busy gaming (he was happy dancing internally... i could see it in his eyes =).... I don't usually like him to spend so much time on the computer with games so giving him PERMISSION to do so is an added perk for him. I suppose that makes it a WIN-WIN all the way around =}
