Goals for the Week of 11/14/16

Track 5 days a week.
3 workouts (if I get over this cold)
10k or more steps per day
10 minutes of yoga every day
No eating after dinner
Eat only at designated meals and snacks. No grazing. No grabbing a mouthful of this or that. Once I've had my meal/snack, it's over and I don't get to eat again till the next meal/snack.
Track all exercise on Spark.
Make a meal from scratch.
I did alright last week. I tracked only 3.5 days and I didn't make a meal from scratch. I will try to accomplish that this week.
Last week had some highs and some lows. The election results were f-ing awful so that put me in a tailspin. My fitbit is dying so I had to dig out my old Fitbit. I think I missed my step count 1 day last week also. My birthday was on Friday and that was a lot of fun. I really focused on enjoying myself but not going nuts with overeating. Greg took both birthday cakes to work to get the junk out of the house today.
I have a cold so I will be doing my 10k steps and my yoga but I'm not doing any "real" workouts till I feel better. Work is going great. Everyone has been very positive regarding my promotion.
