goals for the week of 11/21

Last week i did not post any goals, but i feel like i did a good job repeating the goals from the previous week. I am under a very large amount of pressure from a couple jobs right now and am really doing my best to not gooff the rails. I think it is going well, but i am also trying to not overstress myself with too stringent goals. Here is this weeks goals
1: no eating outside 3 main meals and 2 snacks during non-holiday days
2: track 3 times a week
3: when i eat over the holidays, I will take all the food that i am going to eat before i start eating, then only eat what i take (no picking or snacking)
4: whether or not I am tracking for that day, I will track my booze
Thats it! Lets cross our fingers and crash this thing into the mountain!
