I haven't felt this bad in a long time.... so long ago I can't even remember when. I've tried hard to push though it all this week but yesterday I was forced to listen to my body and just stop. I had to go to work and managed to function there but beyond that wasn't going to happen.

I've read 30-60 minutes everyday for years.... yesterday my head hurt to bad to read and I ended up just putting my head down for my hour lunch break.

I've managed 774 days of 10,000+ steps. Yesterday I couldn't even meet a 6000 minimum. I barely broke 2500.

852 days of 6-8 hours sleep. Yesterday I was in bed for 12 hours (4pm to 4am) and was lucky if I managed 4 hours with all the up, down and tossing I did.

I had 768 days of getting my fruits and veggies in.... yesterday I did well to get anything in.

I also had a 768 day streak for 15 minutes or more I'm back to square one. I did manage 98 minutes of light activity minutes on my FitBit Zip yesterday but 0 on medium and actuve/high. Most of the light activity was from moving around the office when I needed to.

It's not a contagious sick. It's just my body fighting me for control and I'm not really able to take care of it properly during the week when I'm forced to work like this. It would have been nice to take time off of work but too many people out due to flu, vacation, weather, etc. Of course my trying to be nice to DH by going to the office party didn't help either -- not that I partied but I really wasn't up for it at all.

I'm looking forward to 3pm. Once I'm actually able to give my body the attention it needs I should be fine, or at least better, and then hopefully by Monday I will be able to get back on track again. At least my LOG IN streak is still intact =)

We have the older boys coming over but they don't really need me to keep them busy. They mostly come over to get a break from the "older sibling syndrome". Heck, they might even try and help take care of me by helping out around the house =}

Hoping with the changes that are occurring I will be able to keep going with streaks again once I feel better. Life is full of adjustments and changes so whatever happens I WILL ADAPT and make the best of whatever the outcome is!

    Streaks are bound to be broken... I remember how important the sign-in and 8 glasses of water was the 1st year I joined SP. The lesson was in how I handled it when it happened. Always a lesson to learn here at SP emoticon

    I am praying for your health to get back to normal! I'm so sorry you are feeling so poorly! You have done amazing but don't let a break in your streaks cause you to get down. Stuff happens and we can't always prevent it especially when it's our bodies being contrary to what we'd like them to do!
