Spark goals: vacation edition

I have been putting a silly amount of overtime for a while, so I have some time off. I want to make sure this vacation turns into an excuse to be healthier! so I am making some spark goals to help support that goal.
1) Track 4 days this week
2) 3 workouts this week
3) Only eat at the 3 meals and two snacks
4) Track all booze even if im not on a tracking day
Thats it for week 1!! Want to make sure I can maintain these goals.
