What, if anything is anyone doing to make sure they stay on track during the holidays, ie, making time for working out & staying on top of nutrition?

    Yep everyday same as any other workout and stay within calorie range.

    Honestly my goal was to break even this month, but have lost 3 lbs so far lol. Still have 2 weeks to go but so far so good.
