What do I want?

I want to get back down to my pre-baby weight, 195 pounds. That is my immediate goal. I want to reach this goal by the time my baby turns 1, which is on 2/25.
I need to want that goal more than I want food with excess calories. I need to want that goal more than I want to sit around and be inactive. I need to keep that goal in the front of my mind as I navigate more holiday celebrations and free treats at the office.
The only way I can see to make this happen is by tracking my food and making better choices. The only way is to eat less calories than I expend.
I am using this blog to declare my goal and my intentions. I have about 2 months to lose 15 pounds and I will do it!
