21DF Rd 2 Day 1

Today I started another round of the 21 Day Fix. I just have to say that I really love this program. Back in November after I had finished my first round of it and finished Thinner Winner at my local gym, I was going to start another round right away but well... life got in the way. I still tried to pay attention to what I was eating and working out here and there. I really didn't think that I was going to lose any more weight for the year. Well... with Thinner Winner we got to do a bonus weigh in on New Years Eve and if we were at the same weight or lost weight than the weight we were at for the finale we got a special prize. I am happy to say that I had lost another 3 lbs. I know that it isn't much but I was very happy with it especially since I'm not sure how it happened! No complaints though!
A group of friends and I are doing this weight loss bet challenge for the next 6 weeks. We all paid in $10 and we are weighing in every week and if we gain any weight for every pound we gain we would have to pay in $1. At the end of the 6 weeks whoever lost the most weight loss % wins the pot! Just something extra to help us all get motivated into eating better and working out. I figured it was the perfect time to start the 21 day fix again. I have been meaning to and it just hasn't happened.
This morning my alarm went off at 5:30 a.m. It was so very hard to get up. I was super tired. I had not slept well and I just wanted to curl up in my blankets and fall back asleep. At about 6:34 I forced my lazy butt out of bed and made myself go do my workout. Never Miss A Monday. NEVER. MISS. A, MONDAY.
I made sure that I wasn't missing it. The workout wasn't bad but I was tired. My whole day was tired and just seemed to drag on. Definitely hoping for some better sleep tonight.
