Back to Yoga!

I haven't been to Yoga in YEARS. I used to love it. I decided that I NEED to go back, for my own sanity and well-being. I dreaded leaving my family at home and not being there to tuck my child in at bedtime, but it was a sacrifice that I felt that I had to make. AND I'M SO GLAD I DID! My mind and body feel much better. An instant fix! I wish I could go more, but twice a week will have to do for now (if my work schedule allows)! We're hoping to get a new house this can only hope for a nice at-home yoga space!

    I love when I do yoga consistently. My balance, posture and stress level improve right away!

    I am currently doing Yoga With Adriene 31 Days of Yoga Revolution, available on YouTube. Some days are easy and I enjoy just letting go and doing th breathing, some days have been a little challenging. It's fantastic.

    It's important to take care of your health and well being so you can take care of your family.
