This number is haunting me. I've been this weight since the 1st.
I have been swimming a half hr to a 45 mins a few days a week. I get my steps in (usually 10,000) daily. I stay within my calorie range per my surgeon. I would love to be down under 210 any day now!
I'm started to feel mentally drained. I know I can do this!
Ugh silly plateau!!
