SMART Goals for BLC 33

1. Lose 10 pounds
2. Walk 3.25 miles daily
3. Decrease my sugar intake.

BLC 33 runs for 15 weeks so that's less than a pound a week.
I have been consistently walking 3 miles most days, but adding a quarter mile isn't out of the question.

I just need to stop eating sweets, they are a trigger food that just leads to more.

I have the support of my wonderful team the Groovy Geckos. Their encourage, suggestions and own journeys truly motivate me.

    My arthritis is so bad I'd love to walk but can't. I try to swim 3 times a week but it's been so darn cold I haven't gone. People like you give me encouragement! Thanks

    Good luck -- eliminating sugar was key for me because once I get started, I never stop.
