One Mile with Leslie

I just did a mile with Leslie Sansone, which took my total step count to 6528 for today. The daily goal is 5000, so

. On my wellness program at work, I get one point for every 1000 steps logged. I'm going to try to get to 7000 so I can get another point for today. It's good to have goals.
Oh, and I did notice that the mile was easier to do than they were when I first started. I didn't dig real deep into the moves, but I did do them a little more energetically than when I started (in December?). Progress!
