NEW YEAR - NEW JOURNEY

After maintaining all summer and then gaining 8 lbs over Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years, I am back on track again. I have been keeping track all along but noticing that I have been straying from my 1200 minimum calories and closer to my 1400 max. Eating more carbs than I should as well. Still walking and able to keep my diabetes under control which I am thankful for. Here I go, thanks Spark People!
