It has been difficult to get back on track for a number of reasons - mostly stress. But I am taking steps to get back on track. I have sixteen pounds I want to get back off and plan to do it during the next eight weeks. Its a realistic goal. The key will be consistent tracking which I've "sort of" been doing in my head but that "method" is not working. I need to see the hard numbers on the tracker to help me be more aware of what I'm doing especially at the end of the day. So the goal has been stated and the means to get there has been affirmed.
