I feel so much better, even though I know I havent lost much my body is more at ease. Even though its important, I think Im going to go more for how I feel than the weight aspect of this journey. I tend to make better choices when Im not focused on that weight number. My goals: Keeping my ready to eat fruit/veggie box full. Menu planning and meal prepping
