Giving up my fitbit for now

I know it seems weird to say that I'm giving up my fitbit for awhile but after much thought, it is actually hampering my weight loss. In Dec of 2015, I started SP and by May of 15' I had lost 30 lbs. I used the SP app everyday, logging all food and exercise and I didn't have my fitbit. I managed to get into a slump in July and since then have gained every lb back. Since my SP app is synced to fitbit it shows cal burned w/o me doing a wkout. B4 I HAD to exercise to get my cal burned so it's helping me to be lazy by wearing it. I NEED 2 lose 50 lbs and exercise! I am so tired all the time! I did it b4 so y is it so flipping hard this time!?
