Here we go again! I ran across this book at the dollar store and she has some valid points it's really about baby steps making very small changes in your life and sustaining them then making more small changes etc. then finding YOUR trigger foods and one by one slowly eliminating them as these foods are the ones which add those extra calories not necessary to sustaining your life and health. Next is moving your body in small ways more than you do now and using things you already can do for ten to fifteen minutes a day for a while then gradually doing more.as you succeeds you will be motivated to continue adding more movement. I have been able to walk a few days during this past two weeks because I found some good shoes which fit well. I know I have dropped some pounds which I will share later today after I attend my TOPS club. I still have a long journey to go but hey, it begins with the first step , right?
