I wonder if you are eating too low of calories and your body is kicking in thinking it's being starved. I've been told that due to my past history with food, I walk a very tight (aka: impossible) line of calorie intake, carbs/protein balance that is crazy to achieve. Like you I can lose weight and gain the same weight back, within a week. It's really really REALLY frustrating. I don't have the answers, I wish I did. But I have much empathy as I am walking those same roads with you, so frustrating.

Oh that is frustrating .It likely is just a blip though,it can be something as simple as weighing at the wrong time

Hey James. Yes eating keto 20 carbs daily. I know a tiny cheat can balloon up the weight. If I cheated I was unaware. Plus I have started walking a half hour three times a week..more movement, less food ( hubby is away for two weeks so I'm just eating very lightly)

Are you eating Keto, like say 20 to 50 grams of carbs a day?

If you were eating low carb, and you ate anything high carb (just one "cheat"?) then you will put on glycogen like crazy, say 3 to 7 pounds of mostly water, and that happens literally overnight.
