Marchin' March!

March has come to Saskatchewan but we are not done winter yet! We are supposed to get a dump of snow over the weekend. Every spring I am motivated to get healthier. I have been doing great at logging food and started wearing my pedometer again. I have struggled, struggled with water...can't seem to get over 4 glasses! It's really annoying me! That will be my goal this least 6/day!

I will do my best to check in again on Tuesday.

    I have limited myself to coffee only until 1030 at school. I do add water flavor. I even downloaded "Plant Nanny", an app that reminds me to drink water...really going to work on this this week!

    Water has always been a tough one.

    Sparkling naturally flavored water has been a savior.

    I feel ya on the water. It's just not exciting. I found that if I do not initially feel up the water bottle, I will not drink any. Case in point, yesterday I filled my water bottle, pulled it of the bag when I got to work and managed to drink 9 cups during the day. Today at home...I don't even know where the water bottle is right now and I just finished my 4th Diet Pepsi of the day.

    We have to take that first step...
