SPRING CHALLENGE: Spring into Fitness

Hi everyone!!

Re-POSTED for all of my GONNA MAKE IT HAPPEN members and random spark friends who may want to join in!

I hope you are all doing well and enjoying the soon to be nice weather! It is already MARCH! Can you believe it? I spent most of last year pregnant and on bedrest... then exhausted and adapting to new motherhood.

Now I'm back and ready to get back to accomplishing my fitness goals!

I'm looking for some ACTIVE MEMBERS who want to get healthy, lose weight, and encourage one another. My sister, DrTamm and I are team leaders for this group and will be checking in 3 times a week to make sure things we all stay encouraged.

Who's IN!?

We can do three FREE spark videos a week (or any aerobic exercise)
Strength train 1-2 times a week
Eat within a healthy range and allow for a treat or two

- Weigh in once a week- Don't have to post your actual weight. You can just post the difference from week to week (I lost 3 pounds this week, etc)

- Aim to drink half our bodyweight in water

- Find some source of relaxation/joy that isn't food related and do it often (go for a meditative walk, write in a journal, play cards, cuddle with a loved one, watch a favorite TV show)
