Exercise Routine

Currently I usually do pilates every day and try to work in some strength training with dumbbells three times a week. This works for me. I am doing the Jumpstart Your Workout Challenge and that has helped me stay on track and stay accountable. I also try some walking every day. My plan is to walk 30 minutes every day, do pilates every day, and strength train at least 3 days a week. I know if I can stay on track with this schedule, I will see results. My main issue now is becoming and staying healthier. If I can do that, I could live with my current weight, even though losing a few more pounds would be good. I see family and friends who are younger than me and in poorer health mainly because they have not eaten healthy and kept active. Just a few changes of the right changes make a huge difference. I have a friend who recently said all that healthy eating didn't matter. He is diabetic, has a heart condition. and recently had very high blood pressure. I will take a healthy lifestyle any day over all that.
