Setting a new starting point

Setting a new starting point tomorrow. Going to reset my tracker with my current weight as of tomorrow (my usually weekly weigh-in day) and take measurements (which I haven't done in quite awhile). Also, I need to plan out an exercise schedule, making sure to include both cardio AND strength/resistance training.

    I missed this Blog. April, wasn't that about the time I restarted? I am barely hanging in there. I am still not in ONEDERLAND. We have a whole month now, before BLC 35 starts...........I guess I will be joining a lot of fitbit challenges and concentrating on my virtual walks to motivate me.

    I wish you the best in your new beginning. I think I need someone standing over me monitoring me 24 hrs a day. I ate a lot of Mango's this month. Maybe the month of August I will get out more.
