Day 13...thank goodness my rest day is tomorrow!!! :)
She started me off with 10 elbow push-ups which wasn't too hard. I think I need to start trying to do them in a plank, but I'm terrified I'm going to not be able to do it and end up falling right onto my face...that would stink.
First video (Feel Good Soul Stretches) did help me stretch out some muscles that were still really tight from the past few days of exercise. However, I'm going to admit to you all right now that there is no way that I can do the stretches like her. On one of them, I have no clue how she didn't end up tying her legs together...no joke.
Second video (Upper Body Workout) was a killer! Had to modify several of the exercises because I just couldn't do them in the full plank mode. Also, the sound kept going in and out on this one due to corrupted data on the Youtube server...which stinks. :( However, it's a KILLER upper arm workout...in fact my arms are still shaking as I try to type this out on my laptop.
Third video (Call Me Maybe Squats) is a TORTURE VIDEO!!! She's all cute and bubbly, but at least she's up front with you...this will be torture and you will cry. :D When the video ended, I was seriously afraid to even take a step for several minutes because I scared my legs would give out on me, leaving me to fall very loudly in my bedroom which in turn would undoubtedly wake up my neighbors... :)
All in all, a pretty rough day, BUT tomorrow is REST DAY!!! YAY!!! I'm pretty sure I hear angels singing in the heavens right now... :D
