Muscle Mass

I have so much to learn on this diet and exercise routine. I have been at it steady for 5 weeks now. So, my pant size is shrinking, my gut has gotten smaller, but my weigh keeps going up and down. I am trying to research to learn about muscle mass in curiosity if that is what is occurring.

    Its more important that you are slimming down rather than losing weight. Your numbers will catch up. Don't let a scale ruin your attitude and confidence.

    I hate it when they tell you that you have gain muscle that is why the scale went up because muscle weights more.
