Ok Time to stop procrastinating!

Yes, I have pain. But I need to stop using that as an excuse. I am not overweight because I have pain, I am overweight because I would rather snuggle down in my bed in the morning, I would rather come home from work and crochet sitting on the sofa, rather than getting up and moving. And I love food. There isn't a food I don't like besides liver.
So this is it. I'm going to start moving and taking back my life. Before I gain all the weight I originally lost back. I am going to get below 200 pounds. And stay there!
